Description:
This is the first mainstream luxury brand to communicate on being environmentally responsible in relation to the launch of a refillable bottle. Although the communication is sincere, as love of nature has always been an inherent value of the brand, the communication does not seem clear and could come of as greenwashing. I am curious to know what others think of this ad.

It is not clear how all other aspects of this product is actually green. So, having a refillable bottle does not mean much. How is the flowers crop? How is the production process? Only a good green certification method will handle those things.
